SITE OPERATION: United Arab Emirates is our Country of Domicile. ILA DMCC controls this Site from the U.A.E. ILA DMCC makes no representation that this Site is appropriate for use in other locations. If you use this Site from other locations you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws. You may not use, export or re-export any materials from this Site in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including, but not limited to any U.A.E export laws and regulations.
If you use the iloveadventuretravel.com site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account from any devices, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

ILA DMCC will not trade with or provide any services to individuals and companies owned or controlled by, or acting for or on behalf of, OFAC targeted countries AND individuals, groups, and entities, such as terrorists and narcotics traffickers designated under the OFAC programs that are not country specific
By visiting the Site, you represent, warrant and covenant that (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) that all materials of any kind submitted by you to I Love Adventures DMCC (referred to as “ILA DMCC“) through the Site or for inclusion on the Site will not plagiarize, violate or infringe upon the rights of any third-party including trade secret, copyright, trademark, trade dress, privacy, patent, or other personal or proprietary rights. The customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
Your Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
By booking your arrangement with us or using our website, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, and any additional terms and conditions of any Supplier that are applicable to your booking and/or travel arrangements. You agree on behalf of yourself and those you represent to comply with all such terms and conditions, including the payment of all amounts when due. You agree that any violation of any such terms and conditions may result in (a) the cancellation of your reservation or purchase, (b) your forfeiture of any monies paid for your reservation or purchase, (c) you being denied access to the applicable travel related product or service.
Agreement With You - Products and Suppliers
ILA DMCC sells a variety of travel related products provided and prepared by different suppliers and service providers ("Suppliers"). Each Supplier has its own terms and condition that are applicable to their products, their use and your particular arrangements and shall be in addition to our general terms and conditions. You confirm that you understand and acknowledge this Agreement as well as the terms and conditions of each Supplier as applicable.

ILA DMCC is acting as an intermediary or a "Booking Agent" for products and services that are not directly supplied by ILA DMCC (e.g., ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). We are not a co-vendor of such products and services. You will be entering into a separate contract with such Suppliers in connection with such products and services and ILA DMCC shall not be held liable nor responsible for such products and services provided by said Suppliers.
In order for us to confirm your travel arrangements you must provide all requested details. Necessary details include full name as per passport, date of birth, nationality, passport number, passport issue and expiry date and any pre-existing medical conditions you have which may affect your ability to complete your travel arrangements. If you are 70 years of age or over we also require you to complete and forward a Self-Assessment form. Your booking cannot be confirmed without provision of these details. You undertake to provide ILA DMCC with information that is accurate and truthful which ILA DMCC has relied on completely. ILA DMCC shall not be held responsible nor liable for such information provided by you. Suppliers.
Deposits and Payment
At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit of AED 850 or 10% of trip value (which ever is higher) is applicable per person per tour. Full payment is due 70 days (150 days for Polar holidays) before departure. If the booking is made 70 days (150 days for Polar holidays) or less prior to departure, full payment is due at the time of booking.
All refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
Any booking deposits from you are non-refundable. We will advise you of the date that full payment is required. Upon your provision of your payment information, you are authorizing us to make the payment arrangements with the corresponding Suppliers.
Though rare, after full payment, the conditions of the contract with your Supplier may permit them to increase the cost of your arrangements. As we are acting as your Booking Agent, we will pass on any such increase to you as we become aware of such increase.
Cancellations and Refund Policy
If you cancel some or all portions of your booking, cancellation fees will apply. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation. If you cancel a trip:
•70 days or more prior to departure, we will retain the booking deposit.
•between 40 and 69 days prior to departure, we will retain the deposit or 50% of the total booking cost; whichever is greater.
•40 days or less prior to departure, we will retain 100% paid by you in connection with the booking.
Note that different cancellation conditions apply to Polar bookings and some styles of trips and additional services. Your booking consultant will advise if differences apply. You will be advised of different cancellation charges at time of booking. You are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance at the time of booking which will cover cancellation fees. If you leave a trip for any reason after it has commenced we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services. If you fail to join a tour, join it after departure, or leave it prior to its completion, no refund will be made.

Any refunds applicable will only be paid to you once we have received the funds back from the Supplier(s) and you confirm that ILA DMCC is not responsible for the refund or repayment of such amounts to you before receipt from the supplier. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
All confirmation documentation is sent electronically by email. Shortly after we receive your payment we will send you an initial confirmation of services requested by email. This typically takes up to 2 working days. Final documentation including trip vouchers will be sent by email no later than two weeks prior to departure and only after full payment has been received.
Cancellations and Changes by the Suppliers
Your contract with the Suppliers may allow them to cancel or amend bookings. As a Booking Agent, we will ensure that you are promptly notified of any significant changes once we become aware of such change if there is time before your departure, but we accept no liability for any changes or costs incurred that may result. Subject to the Supplier’s terms and conditions, you will then have the choice of accepting the change of arrangements, accepting an offer of alternative travel arrangements if one is made available by the Supplier, or canceling your booked arrangements and receiving any applicable refunds. We do not guarantee that any refunds will apply as these are subject to receipt from the supplier.
If You Change Your Booking
Please note that all reservation changes are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the product purchased.
Changes to name details are not allowed by Suppliers. While we will endeavor to make such a change if necessary, please bear in mind that Suppliers treat a name change as a cancellation, to which standard conditions and charges would apply.
Where a change requested by you to your travel arrangements is permitted and possible additional Supplier charges may apply. These will be informed to you.
Travel Documents and Destinations
It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the details on your travel documents are correct and to bring to our attention any errors or discrepancies immediately.
Prior to booking international travel, we recommend that you review any Government’s prohibitions, warnings and advisories applicable to your destinations. By offering travel to any particular destination, we do not represent that travel in such destination is safe or without risk.
Travel insurance is mandatory for all travelers and should be taken out at the time of booking. Your travel insurance must provide cover against personal accident, death, medical expenses and emergency repatriation with a recommended minimum coverage of US $200,000 for each of the categories of cover. We also strongly recommend it covers cancellation, curtailment, personal liability and loss of luggage and personal effects. You must provide proof of your travel insurance on the first day of your trip; you will not be able to join the trip without it.
Passport, Visa and Immigration Requirements
It is your responsibility to fullfil the passport, visa and other immigration requirements applicable to your itinerary. You should confirm these with the relevant embassies and/or consulates. We do not accept any responsibility in the case of you being unable to travel due to not complying with any such requirements.
Travel Advice and Vaccinations
Vaccinations may be required for some or all of the places you are intending to visit. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have arranged all necessary vaccinations for your itinerary.
If You Have A Complaint
If you have a complaint about your trip please inform your tour leader or our local representative at the time in order that they can attempt to rectify the matter. If satisfaction is not reached through these means please immediately contact us. Any further complaint should be put in writing to us within 15 days of the end of the tour.
You agree to indemnify us and our affiliates, and any of our Suppliers, and any such parties’ officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, losses, damages (whether direct or indirect) or any other costs, (including reasonable legal and accounting fees) brought by you or third parties as a result of (a) your breach of this Agreement, (b) your violation of any law or rights of any third party or (c) your use of our website.
Use of our Website
You agree that you are only authorized to visit, view and to retain a copy of pages of this Site for your own personal use, that you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on this Site for any purpose other than for personal use, unless otherwise specifically authorized by ILA DMCC to do so. You also agree not to deeplink to the site for any purpose, unless specifically authorized by ILA DMCC to do so. The content and software on this Site is the property of ILA DMCC.

While we take every care to ensure a smooth and hassle free travel experience there may be occasions when services may be disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances. ILA DMCC acts solely as an agent and does not assume liability for injury, damage (whether direct or indirect), loss, accident or delay due to any act or default, loss of enjoyment or force majeure or acts of God, sickness, labour disputes, wars, mechanical breakdowns, government actions, weather or any other cause outside of ILA DMCC direct control.
The right is reserved to decline accept or retain any member of any tour if circumstances so require.
The information, software, products, and services provided by us or our Suppliers or published on our website may include inaccuracies or errors, including pricing errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaim all liability for any errors or other inaccuracies relating to such information that appears on our website. We expressly reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our website and/or on pending reservations made under an incorrect price. In such event, if available, we will offer you the opportunity to keep your pending reservation at the correct price or we will cancel your reservation without penalty.
Any ratings for specific tours are intended only as general guidelines, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of the ratings. We make no guarantees about the availability of specific products and services. We make no representations about the suitability of the information, software, products, and services provided by us or contained on our website for any purpose. The inclusion or offering of any products or services by us does not constitute our endorsement or recommendation of such product or service. All such information, software, products, and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
The suppliers providing travel packages on this website are independent contractors and not agents or employees of ILA DMCC. We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. We have no liability and will make no refund until received from the supplier in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond our control, and we have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, your access to, display of or use of this website or our services or with the delay or inability to access, display or use our website whether based on a theory of negligence, contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right at any time to modify this Agreement without prior notice to you. Please refer to our website www.iloveadventuretravel.com from time to time to review the most current version of the Agreement. Your continued access or use of our website or services signifies your acceptance of the modifications to the Agreement.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the enforceability of the remaining provisions will not in any way be affected or impaired.
